Yeah I guess I might have to pass on the thick acrylic... my second half has been complaining for years about the lack of comfort of our vintage Le Corbusier LC3 sofa (it's a very good Italian copy not an actual Cassina). And it's true: it's gorgeous but it's not a sofa where you would spend hours, and that's a shame. So some budget will have to go for something more comfy and modern (if you wanna know, I'm NOT getting rid of my LC3... I'd rather die. it will go in storage...)
