The Brit's consider paintings pictures, so are you talking about photographs or paintings?
I brought "paintings" into the mix, which are different than pictures per my "Born in the USA" mentality.
However, the framing of both types can make them more similar than different as far as vibration, reflection, et cetera goes.
This said, a photograph, taped to the wall of a listening room, will vibrate to the music played in the room.
Also thought you were bringing Quantum Physics into the discussion in regard to "photos".
