I have a number of Commercial (sears chest freezers) units that keep -20F, we usually run them at -20 C (or about -4 F), but sometimes they drift...
If you want to get below that you will either need Dry Ice for -78,
You can add acetone or denatured alcohol to get -85, or a unit with two compressors...
Liquid nitrogen vapor phase will get you an honest -195 C
