Foam Surrounds: Where to Get at Reasonable Price

So, everybody's now selling kits, in which the addition of some Elmer's and a couple of popsicle sticks justifies a price of $30, rather than selling just the foam for $4.

Looking for a set of surrounds for Advent 2 (the "smaller Advents"). The cones are 6 1/2" edge-to-edge diameter, and the outside gasket diameter is 9", maybe 9 1/2. Anybody know where I can get them?
