Kinda older book but very succinct data. He's chief technology officer for the Galileo Institute, and he is a very hands on type of guy: even gives his patent on the use of quantum dots at the tail end of the book. Thing I like about it is that he strips away a lot of the mystery when reading about the Quantum "this and that". They are all basically a PNP transistor, and I'm definitely sure you know way more about that application than I do!
