Mind that this applies only to subatomic particles (like photons), not to anything as complicated as atoms, much less molecules or objects made up of many molecules. So while it might provide a basis for faster-than-light transmission of information, it cannot provide a basis for teleportation of matter.
Interestingly, Einstein found quantum mechanics absurd. The whole purpose in formulating the ERP equations was to point up this absurdity.
But as Hawkings commented, God not only plays dice, but sometimes throws the dice where you can't see them.
