Thanks for all of the patient explanations! I think I am learning something.
Does this apply to any horn geometry.I know that conical horns have their own soud, I suppose due to internal reflections remember the song "Winchester Cathedral"?
Is there a theoretically perfect horn geometry - like Tractrix maybe?
What about horns with asymetrical cross-sections like your ear?
Didn't someone manufacture an ear-shaped driver about 25 years ago? Yamaha maybe?
