My humble and limited opinion on Tannoys DC's is that the cabinet is everything. I lived with a pair for a year or so and loved them.... at first. The way a folded horn loads a room is a lot of fun compared to a standard direct radiator. But, after a while, the "cabinet sound" gets to be too much.
