So -- two things.1) The Omega might indeed be exactly the same driver as the Misco/Oaktron. BUT, it might just as well be made by Misco to Omega's specification, using the same basket. Or it might be the off-the-shelf Misco driver,but selected to meet certain performance criteria (which, again, would be spec'd by Omega).
2) In terms of the frequency range or response "specification" -- the test condition is important, as is the "tolerance" (plus or minus n decibels). Even giving both Misco & Omega the benefit of the doubt :) in the absence of some constraints and data, the numbers are just numbers. I am sure that the driver has some output at 20 kHz. It might be down 40 or 50 dB from midband output, but it's not zero.
