I use a set of these with a pair of Altec 802D's crossed over at 1200Hz at 12dB/oct. Like one reviewer mentions, the pattern is closer to 75x75 and not actually 45x45.

I have a pretty large collection horns, from vintage Altec and JBL, to modern 18Sound style horns. From a tonality and imaging perspective these inexpensive things match or beat just about every other horn I own.
