Use your ears and test it.
Connect a large value capacitor ( >5uF ) across the woofer terminals. and the broken inductor in series with woofer/cap. Connect this low pass circuit to a music source.
Play pink noise or applause and listen. Switch the broken inductor for a good one ( from the other channel ). If you hear a difference: Try tape or epoxy to glue on the broken core piece.
