You won't get 95 dB efficient with those cabinet dimensions........
The best speaker I've heard close to those dimensions is the Silverline Audio Minuet Supreme Plus........ But they're only 88.5 dB efficient.
If you can go outside those dimensions, I'd go for the HSU Research HB-1 Mk2........ I'm trying these now in my computer setup, driven by a 6 watt Don Allen Cakepan 807 SET amp fed from a Schiit Bifrost DAC........ These speakers would be tough to beat. True horn tweeter design, 92 dB efficient.
