You're looking at a 3-way 12" design from a company that has built some very high quality products. And you're getting them for what? - $10 a piece? ;) Why are you even asking this question? Git in your hybrid car and go pick 'em up.

They can call it "commercial", "studio", whatever. Sound is sound, wherever it is. There might be some considerations regarding directivity in your particular "environment", but hey, that's true for ANY speaker.
I'd say go git 'em.
Although, the use of the term "horn" is a bit of a stretch in this case. But so what?
