Thats the the beauty of it. David They now come with the adapters. I can use both I believe. I have been looking for affordable horns for years. And I found these like $400 delivered with all the adapters machined up out of alloy. I kept a pair of 375 for years and finally gave up on them and ebayed them . I remember how huge they sounded. I cant wait to get these. At the time though(jbl stock s8r system inherited) they where to agressive and quacky and so far ahead of the big soft flaterend woofers I gave up on them and most alnicos after that. 3 of my ra 98db bass drivers in series(ceramic mags that dont go flat!) might change the base speed and the bigger horn might work better Iam hoping. If I won the lotto I would buy wood tad like horns with vains for the dispersion and warmth and easyer treble placement. I still have the s8r crossovers to use too if I have too.
I will go digital active on the bass if I have to even. Iam looking into a full pc bassed digital active set up eventually.Then horn bass one day. But thats a big expence I would think. I have sold my tt,s I love pc bassed music.Yes this is kaotic but it party time down here right now.
