Gospodin Rullit definitely seems to know what he is doing. It would not surprise me if he understands these units better than the people who are now running Lowther. If I was in the market for Lowthers I would definitely be interested in these. If you plan to horn load them you may wish to speak to him first as he tends to lean strongly toward OB, I believe.
