HornResp is accurate to about 200 Hz with a rear-loader, above that I use the driver manufacturers SPL data sheet to predict the baffle response of the front wave. HornResp does show where the phase dip occurs, which is usually in the midbass with a typical scoop topology. Nominally the horn path is measured down the middle, folding adds to the nominal length, but I don't figure that in to my sims, that way if anything the result ends up better than predicted.
