Bill late last week. I believe he runs a small outfit and is also trying to get some new products out the door plus service the rebuilds he gets in, too.Good customer service, however, is the hallmark of all good companies. I would suggest you stay close to your order and gently prod to ensure its fullfillment.
Bill's a great guy, from my interactions with him. He has provided excellent rebuilds of my 604s.
