FWIW applied ~3lb of duct-seal to one khorn's K400 - impression (or "notions") = duller, less localization of midhorn and a tossup if damping was "better" - a lot of vintage speakers rely on various subtle resonances and flexure for their "tone" - yes or no? my hearing insn't symmtrical anymore so impression was done up close to each khorn. what do khorn users like?
