I've never seen a Model 19 with a 511 horn, as I though all were manufactured with the 811. My asumption would be that a Model 19 with a 511 horn is modified. Altec did go through a few iterations with the woofer however. The 19's that I owned had the 411B, but I understand there was also a 411C, and possibly other versions as well.
