Hi Herman,
I build myself FLH from glass-fibre for the FE206, going down to 200HZ.
This is not very expensive to build, but a lot of work.
Sorry, the text is in german, but I think the pictures tell the biggest parts.
It´s very important to dampen the horns. Even if you think, its more than enough, more damping will mak it even better.
I use glassfibre, fibre reinforced concrete an latex-compound-material.
In my opinion a FLH ist the best use for a FE206.
