That would be consistent with my original point--that phase can be controlled, dependent on the algorithm used. Agreed that no solution is perfect, just that some may be better than others. Agreed?

And as you probably "guessed" (wink), I used "guess" intentionally, to be explicit about my presumptions and lack of expertise. I believe that this conscious willingness to admit one's limitations is the best way to learn.

Agreed that speaker design is a stone cold bitch. Many factors, and a challenge to isolate cause and effect.
