As a rough guess, you'd need about 6 cu ft tuned @ Fs to get an F10 of ~30Hz. (down 10db) After BSC, efficiency will be more like 91-92db.It looks offhand like a reasonable candidate for a karlson K15 or a TQWT variant. That would get you much higher efficiency at the cost of low bass extension and - to some extent - even freq response.
