Brian, should the original Hedlund dimensions be adhered to for the stronger magnet AER drivers? Although your experiments with the AER drivers may have confirmed that. The Hedlund Horn was designed to match well with the Lowther DX2 which has weak magnets.When using the newer rolled cone DX4s with the Hedlund Horns, the compression chamber is way too large and so I added several small bags of sand to optimize the compression chamber to the driver. I never adjusted the compression throat size, but in theory it should have been adjusted too.
