I was wondering why you don`t see many bandpass subs for PA-use? What are the pro and con`s between a bandpass, horn or vented sub?
Many people saying that these type of enclosures have the worst transient respons. On the other hand if you reading the live audio forum (the shootout) people talking very positive about the EMS-215 (also a dual bandpass box)
Included are my sims with akabak.
2 drivers kilomax pro 15"
front enclosure 310L tuned at 39Hz
bank enclosure 106L tuned at 79Hz
What do you think?
