Not sure what pipe you've built but if it's the one linked (IIRC, the woofer on the EV 12TRXB in the link is similar to the EV SP12B that you're using), you may not get the bass you want (scroll down to "Unique Transmission Line Plans with a Karlson Slot.") . I don't think it's the k slot's fault, ... so maybe some of the experts can suggest mods. to the cabinet to improve performance.Best.
