Thanks for (all) the replies so far.

Agreed that a design by numbers may not be perfect, what is? But the length and size of the 2 horns, and the coupling chamber, are easily formulea'd. And I've found some 'soft' plywood in my local that I believe that I can 'bend' for the ends of the BLH and all of the FLH.

The rest of the design can be slightly adjusted by playing with the dims of the coupling chamber and the first part of the BLH (I think).
