According to DM "Throat design determines efficiency (and bandwidth) not horn length"OK so this being the hi efficiency asylum where horns rule what needs to be done in the throat to squeeze the most efficiency out of a limited length horn. Apparently a large mouth (presume 1/4 or 1/3 lambda) circumference is not the key nor is the old standard 1/4 lambda length rule.
