Hi,
I listened to Dave's pair over two days this last August. I was surprised to say the least, as they seemed smaller than I thought they would be from the pictures. As for the sound, they were very, very good, but they were using drivers that Dave had modified, and that does make a big difference. However, the important part of the thread is if they will work in your room. With approximately 10 watts available, they should do quite well with music and will have a fair amount of headroom to boot. I would certainly keep these in mind as you do your search for speakers, they are good.
