I'm piddling w/o active xover, 2x4 ft baffle - Beta 12LT and 8R pad (with C bypass) and LCR trap is still hot for 21" woofer plus cone excursion on 12 is way too much.cap across series R almost makes treble usable on-axis w/o helper tweeter (sensitivity in this condition must be ~90)
on average, where are you folks rolling various to 21" Madison and with what slope(s)to get musical blends? are you keeping excursion down on the fullrange? I'm used to Karlson being able to give impression of couch shifting a bit on deep drum transients
