My 35hz. corner horns work quite well in my 16' by 23' room, although they would probably do better in a larger space; at least in terms of low frequency extension. The impact, effortlessness and low distortion are all fully evident and enjoyable. So perhaps some of the capabilities of a large (low cutoff) horn system are not utilized fully in a smaller room. On the other, hand, I don't feel that a less ambitious horn system would necessarily yield a better, or even as good a result in that same room.
