Hi,

I have built a pair with non-Lowther drivers. Monacor SP-50X, which are cheap and good for experimentation, but not really that HiFi, so I won't go into detail about it's midrange and treble quality.

The Bicor 200 Classic speakers are very small for horns. To smooth out some bass-dips, there's a port in there, which also reduces punch a little. I hear the hum of my turntable clearly with this speaker, so I guess we can say this speaker goes down to at least 50-60 Hz. I find it has good bass, although a little too round in the upper bass. I blame the port, but I also should say this driver isn't an optimal match.
