Hello,
I am pondering building a Fostex FE208Sigma in a small sealed or vented enclosure to run from about 150Hz. on up. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a pro-sound woofer(?) that would work well up to 150Hz. I would like to use this with passive crossovers (6db), and a single SET amp (300B possibly). The woofer would have to have 96db eff. to mate well with the Fostex (I think). Thorsten, if you would use this type of set-up, would you use a cap on the Fostex to block out the low bass, or let it run without one? I want to stay out of the 300Hz to 8000Hz "sensitivity zone" with crossovers. I am thinking of building seperate boxes for the woofer & Fostex, and stacking the Fostex on top. Thanks for the suggestions.

Later,
Doug
