I did some research ...

... and quite a few are indeed PCM, see below. The earliest PCM recording (other than the Bernstein) would appear to be 1998. I'm not sure about the Mutter sonatas as DG hasn't previously issued this Spring/Kreutzer package. The Mazur is also new. Anyway, I'm going for the two Karajan and Pollini and will wait to hear how the rest are reviewed here.
