The Super Regulators had some problems, but that was do to
an assembly line error. The regulators were not putting
out their rated voltage. This problem has been corrected.
Audiocom will replace any defective regulators and repair
any damage they may have caused.
Lowering the noise floor with better regulators is a Huge
plus in the digital circuits. You will hear more detail
and clarity. If you do nothing else, Install a Super Clock
to lower the jitter. As for resistors, the (Nude) S102 Vishay
from Michael Percy will piss all over the stock resistors.
You lose lots of detail with the stock resistors. Yes they are
warm sounding, but what good are they in a Hi-Rez machine?
Use Black Gate caps in the power supply, the N type is very good.
Use Rel polystyrenes in the low pass filter section.
