RE: Oppo HDMI out to r2r dac?

I am curious about this too. You will need an HDMI->I2S converter. They are available, either as a PCB or in a case, from Ali. I was looking into this some time ago, but never followed through. Maybe Mel will see this, he was considering the same thing around the same time and maybe he made progress.

Link to an example below. You want the "B" board, it can also be had cased.
