I like the app's landscape design and the efficient use of screen space. If it didn't try to locally cache the URLs for my whole library, it would be my go-to control point app.

Since the Lumin is a DLNA/UPnP renderer that supports Open Home extensions, you could also try the BubbleDS app for Android or the Kazoo app for Android/iOS/Windows/MacOS. Both are serviceable for my needs, but not so fancy.
