Try ALL your SACDs, to be sure that's the Only one.
I suspect a Player-Problem, not disc.
A faulty disc would skip, or not play at all.
The fact that it Was OK but not now, maybe the tip of the iceberg.
That's a fancy Transport in there, but I'm still guessing the Marantz is starting to have problems.
