None. Like bullethead and Kal I prefer to make a bit perfect copy. Think of it as your master copy and remember that a DSP effect which may sound good to you now may not in a few months if your tastes change or if you have a hardware change which alters the overall sound. That is why DSP (if used at all) should be applied only to replay IMO.
BTW do remember to make two backups. Why two? If you only have one and something haappens like a drive failure and you need to use it then at that point you will have no backup and are vulnerable.
