Having experienced the Oppo HA-1 DAC/headphone amp/pre-amp makes me a little gun shy on Oppo electronics in general. You also had the Oppo HA-1. While it is very versatile I thought it was a bit lean and clinical sounding.... no body or soul. I think you get what I'm talking about. I'm wondering if the Oppo players sound anything like the HA-1 DAC/headphone amp.
