My perspective is Mch recordings. I do not listen to or buy stereo recordings. But, like many other gaping holes in the available SACD repertoire, Haydn is still quite incompletely served. As others have said, I do not think the Paris Symphonies are well served at all.

I think I have all the available Haydn Symphony Mch SACDs, and my absolute favorite is the one at the link provided by Manfred Huss and the Haydn Sinfonietta Wien on BIS. Not from the Paris or London sets, but still worthwhile, and it is a terrific performance and recording.
