DSD files come in two flavors, DSDIFF (aka DIFF) and DSF. Cookie's BlueCoast Records sells both formats, but prefers DSF (as do I) due to better native metadata support. And DSF tags can be edited in popular software like J River.
Channel Classics sells DIFF format (I've asked Jared if he'd ship both formats), while Onkyo Japan sells some of both.
I have almost 600 SACDs ripped, and they are all DSF (due to metadata support).
Oppo already allows for SACD-R playback (i.e burnt DVD-R's containing SACD ISO's) but won't allow native DSD non-disc file playback...they are an SACD supporter, and anyway the most they would do is to allow DSD file playback on disc is called DSD Disc (a poorly supported disc-based format for playing back authored DSD files like those from Korg recorders, etc.)
