I would most likely choose vinyl.
If the choice was between SACDs and 24/176.4 or higher PCM digital, I would pick the 24/176.4 PCM.
If the choice was between SACDs and DSD128, I would pick the DSD128.
If the choice was between vinyl and 24/176.4 PCM digital, I would be tempted to get both.
If the choice was between vinyl and DSD128, I would pick the DSD128.
If the choice was between stereo and multichannel, I would choose both.
Of course the performance, recording and mastering trumps any of the above format choices but assuming the same level of excellence for the performance, recording and mastering, my choices are pretty firm.
BTW I have a lot of vinyl that I treasure and there are few digital treasures that I would not be willing to part with. PM me if you want to trade mint condition LPs for SACDs.
