Actually, it is available now from the SFS store, if nowhere else. I got a prerelease review copy from a friend and I have posted a review at www.sa-cd.net. I have since received my own copy from SFS.

I love the piece, too. And, it is a great recording in Mch. I gave it 5 stars all around.

I agree that it is very much in a Romantic vein, for the most part. But, I would consider it Neo-Neo-Romantic, since it goes in new directions from R. Strauss, Rachmaninov, or even Samuel Barber, to name a few.

You will not be disappointed.
