The Grimm OC1 will convert SDIF-3 to ST-optical. Not the other way.
The EMM Labs ADC8IV will convert ST-optical to SDIF-3, though I guess it defeats your purpose. I know several people have built their own ST-optical to SDIF-3 format converter.
