I've enjoyed various iterations of Allen's mods in my 9000ES, each successive one offering a substantial upgrade to both RB and SACD. I've had opportunity to interact with him by email a couple of times and learned quite a bit from each message. To me, Allen and the late Bob Crump were the top "good guys" whose generosity and expertise greatly enhanced musical enjoyment in our home.
Sad that another pillar in our community has gone.
