Thank you very much for this document.
I did not mean to set of such a storm but just attempted to answer a question.
I believe this document verifys what I originally said. Redbook PCM is converted to single bit and processed the same as a SACD signal. Ibelieve the Burr-Brown dacs with noise shaping do the 8x upsampling of the PCM signal and output a single bit signal to the sony dsd dacks. Again I apologise both to you and Allen Wright who were so helpful in discussing this question
