Only problem with your pattern is that SACD never was a massive, world-wide "Main" format or electronics standard.SACD has never been accepted by the masses, it only has been around for 10 years does not have the massive catelog/albums that vinyl has going back almost a hundred years, it never has been anything but a "niche" format...in it's short lifespan, growing Smaller every year in what it produces.
SACD Caste away all those who supported it and enjoyed other genre than Classical...
It is now part of a dying "disc" format, that may linger for awhile, barely hanging on life support...
SACD is basically the walking dead..
It lost my $$ to vinyl years ago, and I spent thousands every year on SACD's...
