I have to second Bob's impressions. I had the 2930, traded up to the 3930. Audio DACS are the same as the 2910/3910 IIRC.
Bigger, better soundstage is the biggest difference. The bass is more solid and better defined too, though that's not as noticable as the soundstaging to my ears
