New high resolution SACD releases, players and technology.

Contemporary Records Art Pepper "Gettin' Together!" and Benny Carter "Jazz Giant" demonstrate how the original recording and mixing play the biggest role in audio listening. Both these SACD's sound lush and detailed with great imaging, dynamic range, and resolution. While Columbia's Miles Davis "Kind of Blue" is a wonderful album, and has essentially the same rhythm section of Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers, & Jimmie Cobb, it pales in comparison in terms of sonic perfection.
