This is a Concord Disk recorded in 1988 under a tent at the Paul Masson Vineyard in CA. Sort of a Vegas style presentation, but Mel's in great voice and Shearing is at his best. Their playfull rendetion of the New York, New York Medley is worth the price of the disk. Don't know if it is still in print, but if it is, grab it.The crowd surround seems to be inconsistently patched together, but it is there and adds immeasurably to the sense of the performance.
